Easter's planning application for the remainaing 2 plots at Jubilee Way, Merton was approved by Merton Borough Council at the June Planning Committee meeting.
The approval clears the way for the construction of 49,000 sqft in 2 buildings on plots adjacent to the recently completed Regional Fire Control Centre.
Work on site is anticipated to start in August. The new buildings are for the relocation of a local occupier and include head office and distribution facilities.
