Easter has submitted a planning application for the remaining 2 plots of land at the former Sleepezee Site on Jubilee Way, Merton.
The new development will sit next to the recently completed Regional Fire Control Centre and comprise of 2 new units totalling 49,000 sq ft.
The proposal is for a local occupier and will include some distribution and a head quarters office facility.
A decision is expected in June / July with a start on site following soon afterwards.
