Easter confirm the sale of Eagle Industrial Estate in the West Midlands to Sandwell Borough Council. The site, originally a metal recycling factory owned by Cashmores and used to break up steam engines in the 1960’s, is to be eventually redeveloped as a recycling centre for the Sandwell area.
The estate is situated in the heart of the Black Country, close Black Country Spine Road A41 giving dual carriageway access throughout area and to M5 & M6.
