Easter Group has started work on a 65,000 sq ft development at Easter Park, Middlesbrough. The scheme will comprise ten industrial/warehouse buildings ranging between 4,500 sq ft and 15,000 sq ft.
A team from Hall Construction has already begun to clear topsoil from the site and completion is due in November 2007.
The scheme is situated at the Riverside Park Industrial Estate, which is Middlesbrough’s premier industrial park. It is accessed via the A66 dual carriageway close to its junction with the A19.
Easter Director, Russell Taylor, said: “I am delighted that we are now underway with this major project. Already, we have encouraging levels of interest from companies, especially from owner-occupiers. Our willingness to sell, as well as lease, is a major selling point.”
