Over 70% of the floor space at Easter Park, Beam Reach 8, has been sold or is under offer, prior to completion of the scheme.
Easter Group has sold three units totalling 45,165 sq ft at Easter Park. Eight more units, totalling 65,000 sq ft, are under offer.
Supplier of specialist frozen produce to the catering industry, Ruskim Seafoods, has purchased 21,160 sq ft at Easter Park. Ruskim Seafoods, a growing family-owned business, already has two units in Newcastle upon Tyne and Telford in Shropshire. Easter Park, Beam Reach, is the logical next step as the company expands its London customer base.
A1 Pharmaceuticals, an importer and wholesaler of pharmaceutical products and surgical dressings, has purchased two units totalling 24,000 sq ft.
